Group Exercise is a fantastic way to stay on track, and Physique Transformations by Robin French gives you access to an assortment of fun and results-oriented Group Exercises and Partner Programs that cover all the essentials of total fitness. These can be conducted in your office, home, or neighborhood activity center. Right now, we are conducting Get Hot for the Holiday Boot Camps. Enjoy 6 weeks of crosstraining that will challenge you and help you to achieve that HOT BODY for your holiday celebrations! with your hottest holiday look ever!

3 different schedules are available

Sat. 8 -10 AM

Mon. Wed. Fri. 7 - 8 AM

Tues. / Thurs.  6:00 - 7:00 PM

The schedule you choose determines your rate. Individual sessions begin @ $50
