Q: How much do your services cost?
(I always like to address this one first!)
A: My fees vary depending on the size of the group and the length of your commitment. Group sessions begin @ $10. Individual sessions are $55 with a few variations in-between. When you crunch the numbers, you will see that working with me is actually much less expensive than a gym membership. Not only do you have to pay joiner fees and monthly membership costs, work out in a crowded facility and sit on someone else's sweat, but then you are charged for personal training ON TOP of all that! Why not just work with a trainer directly and get the results you've been looking for?
Q: Will my program be customized for me and my goals?
A. The basis of my work is to customize nutrition and exercise routines that fit your life style and achieve your goals. A nutrition or exercise program that does not match YOU can't help YOU!
A: I'll answer that question with a question. Have you been able to so far?
The most successful among us have trainers. (Does Tiger Woods ring a bell?) I also have a trainer!

Q: How are your services different from all the other clubs, gyms and trainers I've tried? A: Unlike gyms that tend to ignore their members once they've sign a contract or trainers that actually have no training, I am internationally certified by 3 different organizations and I am available to my clients by phone, e-mail, or in person to assist in making the nessecary adjustments they need to be successful. I'm pretty sure that level of service is VERY different from what you have previously experienced.
A: Understand up front that NO exercise program can be successful without proper nutrition. I work on individualized meal plans for each client. Whether you are struggling to lose weight, gain weight or just maintain your weight, I will customize a plan that will fit your life for the rest of your life.
Q: What does an In-Home Personal Training Program look like? A: Again, your program is customized for you. I work with single clients, bringing my portable gym to their home or office. I work with couples, families and small groups of friends who are roughly the same fitness level and working toward the same goals. My clients also have access to larger group activities, such as the Resolution Revolution 2010 Boot Camps beginning January 5 or The Couch to 5K trainig program sponsored by Florida Hospital, Deland. We simply review your goals and decide on the best type of activies that will help you achieve those goals quickly and safely.
